Who provides Listo

Listo is a product of Craftsline, an independent software studio registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KVK no. 42187313). These terms are an agreement between you and Craftsline.

What Listo is (and isn't)

Listo turns a photo into a draft marketplace listing (title, description, price suggestion, hashtags, and share text) using AI, and helps you share or copy that draft to WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Vinted, or Marktplaats. Listo does not post listings on any marketplace on your behalf, is not affiliated with Vinted, Marktplaats, WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, or Telegram, and doesn't claim any partnership with them.

Your account

• You can use Listo with a guest account (created automatically) or sign in with Google.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Listo, and at least 16.

Free plan and quotas

The free plan includes a limited number of AI-generated actions per account (currently 3), shared between listing generation and Studio photo cleanup. This is a one-time allowance per account, not a monthly one — it does not reset at the start of a month. The limit is enforced server-side. A paid Pro plan with a higher limit and additional features (like Studio photo cleanup) may be offered — see in-app pricing when available.

AI-generated content — check before you post

Listo's AI writes draft listing copy based on your photo. It's instructed not to invent facts (brand, condition, material) it can't verify from the photo, and to flag uncertain fields — but AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the generated title, description, condition claims, and price before posting it anywhere. Don't rely on Listo's output as a guarantee of accuracy, authenticity, or condition.

Acceptable use

Don't use Listo to:

• Generate listings for stolen, counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items.
• Misrepresent an item's authenticity, condition, or origin.
• Attempt to scrape, automate, or bulk-abuse the generate endpoint beyond normal personal use (it's rate-limited and quota-limited for this reason).
• Upload photos of anyone other than the item you're selling without their consent, or anything illegal to photograph/share.

We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

Photos and listings you create remain yours. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it processed by our AI provider to generate a listing (see the Privacy Policy for details on that processing).

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated photos and listings at any time from the app's home screen. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

No warranty

Listo is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the AI's suggestions will be accurate, that a listing will sell, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Listo.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
